Credit/Debit Card

Credit / Debit card is by far the easiest and safest payment option as all payments are processed though our 128 bit Encrypted payment portal. in conjuction with SecureTrading who are fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider the highest level of compliance – under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

With our standard delivery service, you should expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. (For a next day service, please call for price)

A Valid contact telephone number, is required to assist our couriers with the safe and speedy delivery of your order.
Please let us know if you have any requirements to aid with your delivery, e.g. tail lift would be required, access issues for lorries or you cannot accept delivery on a particular day.
Deliveries can be made to private residential addresses. However, orders will be restricted to 150 kilos as according to our Transport Department. **Please Note**
All goods require a signature on receipt and redelivery charges may apply if attempted delivery fails.

Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 10 calender days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
